  Ensure the product is securely packed in its original Smeg box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent transit damage.

  Schedule Collection

  For major domestic appliances, our specialist logistics partners will contact you to arrange a convenient collection window from your property.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
